After we designed the new website for our client and also took care of his IT needs, the client came back with a new request. The administrative work involved with the Excel spreadsheets was too much work, taking up all the time of the office staff. The client could no longer work on it because it was taking him so many hours every day just to maintain his patients' database! After brainstorming together as a team, we developed a solution that allowed him to do 40% less manual work by proposing a modern web application.
